Bird Creek Brewing opened in downtown Temple in 2023 — and three years later, the TCBC named us 2026 Brewery of the Year.

What our guests are saying

Nice space! They have plant-based patties so I was able to get a shroomer burger - delish! My sister got the bulgogi burger (meat) and she enjoyed it. We both chose side salads and they were generous portions. We will be back again!

The food & service is nice, but the salsa band that performed was top tier!!! They have a lot of live bands that come & play. They have games to bring back to your table to play while you hang out. It's definitely a great spot.

Topped of a perfect date here and the food was amazing. I had a burger with bacon jam omg so delicious and juicy my man had the fish and chips also amazing he had the garlic parm fries they were absolutely delicious.
