Our 2nd Collaboration with our friends across the street at BJ’s Brewhouse. This beer was brewed for the Inaugural Pedals and Pints Festival in Downtown Temple. This West Coast IPA features Gambrinus IPA and a variety of interesting hops, including Elani, Alora, Eldorado, Strata, and Mosaic Cryo. This results is a lean, clean, bitter, and wildly aromatic and flavorful IPA. We are getting notes of Tangerine, Bubblegum, and Pine.
