We invite both the local and state-wide craft beer communities to come try some of these award winning beers!,” said Jacob Bates, Co-Owner at Bird Creek Brewing.
Opening its doors in September 2023, Bird Creek Brewing is a brewpub located at 8 South 4th in Temple, Texas. Bird Creek Brewing offers award-winning craft beers and continues the tradition of offering the finest comfort foods to its patrons. Founded in 2017, Bird Creek Burger Co. outgrew its former location in downtown Temple and desired to expand its offer by including the highest quality craft beers. Even though the brewing operation is less than eighteen months old, Bird Creek Brewing continues to earn the respect of the brewing industry at both the state and national levels.
